No. Parking is not available for the welcome party or the wedding. We recommend walking to the venues if you are close, or taking a taxi. Taxi recommendations are in the “Hotels and Transportation” tab.

Yes. There will be an open bar and canapés at the welcome party.

We are asking our guests to dress in formal attire for the wedding. Men: Dress shirts, ties or bow ties, dress pants, dress shoes, jackets optional. Women: Gowns, cocktail dresses, dressy separates, and dress shoes.

Canapés and drinks will be served directly after the ceremony. Dinner and drinks will follow shortly after. There will be vegan and gluten free options. Please specify in your RSVP any dietary restrictions.

U.S and U.K citizens currently do not need a visa to travel to Mexico. You will need your passport. If you are traveling from the U.K and have a layover in the U.S., you may need to apply for a travel visa. US citizen may soon need a travel visa for Mexico.

Tulum is on EST (5 hours behind the UK).

You can easily get by in Tulum with English.

In February, the average high is 85F/29C and the average low is 64F/18C. You may want to bring a sweater for the evenings.

Walk, moped, ATV, or taxi. If you plan to explore outside the Tulum beach area, a moped or ATV is a fun and easy way to do it. Your hotel will be able to connect you with a rental. We do not recommend renting a car.

Tulum is safe to walk around and explore. Like any city, use common sense and don't talk to strangers.

You can choose between the Cancun (CUN) or Tulum (TQO) airport. The Cancun airport is a two-hour taxi from Tulum beach and the Tulum airport is a 30-minute taxi from Tulum beach. I have linked airport transfer services in the “Hotels and Transportation” tab.

It is a good idea to have WhatsApp set up on your phone. Many taxi services and moped rental companies use WhatsApp to communicate.

Tulum uses North American electrical outlets. If you are coming from the UK, you will need an American adapter. UK guests, you may not be able to use your hair dryer without a voltage converter.

Yes. Tulum Beach has many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores all within walking distance. The wedding venue is in Tulum Beach.

You cannot drink water from the tap in Tulum. Restaurants will have filtered water, and you should use bottled water to brush your teeth.

You can pay for most things with a Visa or Mastercard. You will want to bring some cash for taxis and to tip.
